What we collect
When you fill out our audit form or email us, we collect what you send: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, and anything you write in the message. Our website also uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and features are useful, such as which buttons get clicked and how far people read. It doesn't record what you type into our form, and it doesn't identify you by name.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule your workflow audit.
- To follow up about the work you asked us about.
- To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run this website and our email (for example, our web host and form provider), and only for those purposes.
Client data
If you become a client, the documents and data we process for you are covered by our agreement with you. They are used only to run your workflows, never sold or shared, and deleted when you ask or when our work together ends.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for the conversation with you, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@superiorflows.com and we'll take care of it.
